Sometimes as a new mum you can lose sight of yourself and everything you do is focussed (as it should be) around your child.  Wouldn't it be good though if you could still do something for you whilst your child was having a lovely time too.   Similar to a Mother & Baby's Class, but the focus is on Mama.

Every Thursday morning from 10 - 11.30am come along to Cairnlea Parish Church and enjoy some you time whilst baby is perfectly cared for.
